Pallini Limoncello Cream
The softer side of limoncello. Pallini Limoncello with cream, making it round and silky-smooth while staying fresh. Less sharp than the original, with half the alcohol, and more a dessert than a digestif.

Limoncello, but silky-smooth
Pallini Limoncello Cream starts with regular Pallini Limoncello, made with an infusion of the peels of lemons from the Amalfi Coast. Cream is then added, making the liqueur round, full and silky-smooth while the lemon remains fresh. This turns the limoncello into a cream liqueur. According to the producer, it contains no artificial fragrances or flavorings.
At 15%, the alcohol content is significantly lower than the original's 26%, and the sharpness of the peel is also tempered. As a result, Cream is not a digestif to knock back in one gulp, but a liqueur to enjoy with or as dessert. Because it contains cream, store an opened bottle in the refrigerator.
In brief
Lemon tart in a glass
Soft lemon
Lemon, but milder than regular limoncello, with a creamy, slightly sweet undertone.
Round and silky-smooth
Full and smooth on the palate thanks to the cream. The lemon remains fresh, while the sweetness evokes lemon tart or lemon ice cream.
Soft and fresh
A soft finish without the bitterness of the peel found in regular limoncello. Fresh, but not sharp.
Flavor profile of Pallini Limoncello Cream served ice-cold. At room temperature, it becomes sweeter and heavier.
Three ways to serve Limoncello Cream
Cream should be served chilled, just like regular limoncello. But while the original is served after a meal, Cream truly shines with dessert.
Ice-cold in a small glass
Keep the bottle in the refrigerator and pour 4 cl into a small, chilled liqueur glass. The cold makes it even fuller and less sweet on the palate.
Glass: liqueur glass →Over vanilla ice cream
A 3 cl splash over a scoop of vanilla ice cream or lemon sorbet in a coupe. An Italian dessert you can serve in a minute.
Glass: coupe →In a tropical cocktail
In a Piña Colada, replace part of the coconut cream with 3 cl of Limoncello Cream. The cream in the liqueur complements the coconut, while the lemon makes it fresher.
Piña Colada recipe →Creamy cocktails with Limoncello Cream
Where regular limoncello disappears into spritzes, Cream is better suited to creamy, dessert-like recipes.

Piña Colada
Rum, pineapple and coconut. A splash of Limoncello Cream adds lemon.
Sgroppino
Lemon sorbet and prosecco whipped into a foam. Cream makes it even softer and creamier.
Snowball
Advocaat with lemonade and lime. A splash of Limoncello Cream makes it more lemony.
